{"id":216892548,"date":"2009-10-24T13:22:15","date_gmt":"2009-10-24T01:22:15","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/foundbyyou.wordpress.com\/?p=216892548"},"modified":"2009-10-24T13:22:15","modified_gmt":"2009-10-24T01:22:15","slug":"living-biblically","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bignoseduglyguy.com\/?p=216892548","title":{"rendered":"Living Biblically"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ajjacobs.com\/books\/yolb.asp\"><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ajjacobs.com\/books\/yolb.asp\"><img src='http:\/\/foundbyyou.files.wordpress.com\/2009\/10\/yolb_paperback.jpg' alt='' \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Compared to the US and the UK, books are pretty expensive in New Zealand.\u00a0 This is due in part, I&#8217;m sure, to the fact that we&#8217;re a flipping long way from anywhere and, according to a lady in my favourite bookshop, the closure of the last book warehouse in NZ.\u00a0 Apparently, all NZ booksellers now stock from vast book-caves somewhere in the Aussie outback.<\/p>\n<p>For these reasons, I am grateful that, despite being preoccupied with moving his family of four from autumnal UK to the NZ spring, my good friend Dave, of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.funkypancake.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">funkypancake<\/a> fame, did me a great favour by sneaking a copy of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.ajjacobs.com\/books\/yolb.asp\"> A.J.
