The 30 degree heat did not deter the large crowds who lined the barriers of the 1 mile loop, though the free water handed out from vendor trikes proved very popular.<\/p>\n<p align=\"center\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/www.bignoseduglyguy.com\/copstob2004.JPG\" align=\"bottom\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"0\" \/><\/p>\n<p align=\"left\">The inclusion of London&#8217;s cycle-mounted cops in the warm up parade lap made an interesting addition before the main business of the day got underway.
