I am currently juggling a large number of work, training and coaching commitments and will continue to do so over the next year. In order to bring some clarity to the conflicting demands and give myself half a chance of delivering the right thing at the right time, I turned to my own localised version of David Seah’s Excel-based Compact Calendar to map out the months to come. As my current compact calendar only runs for another two and a half months, this week seemed the right time to set to and create the NZ Compact Calendar for 2008 to join to the other localised versions and productivity tools on David’s site.

I ran into that problem with the compact calendar also. I like David’s, but I made a modified version that I print double-sided (top to bottom), trim, and fold to fit 3×5, so I can add it to my hPDA. It is online at

Hi there,
Just wondering if you were planning to make a NZ version of the 2009 compact calendar that David Seah has just replaced.
Thanks
